Located off of Jordan Rd outside Byron on Oak Run. We have never attempted to develop the land though it was initially cleared of trees by previous owner on most of the land. It is currently quite overgrown but can be cleared with a bush-hog. Selling because we never had time to do anything with it and it is just sitting there not being used. If you are going south on I-75, take the Byron Exit and turn right. That is Hwy 49. Go about 1.5 miles and turn right onto Main St (I believe it is the second stop light).
From Main St, turn right onto E. Heritage Blvd and drive about 1/8th mile to Boy Scout Rd Take Boy Scout Rd about 2 miles to Jordan Rd (there is a small church there).
Turn left on Jordan and go about 2.5 miles to Oak Run. Turn left on Oak Run and go about 1/8th mile. The property is just past Oak Run Ct on the left.
